Flex 5000

I am the original owner of this Flex 5000A, in excellent condition with original box and packing. There are no cosmetic or operational issues with this radio. I am primarily a CW operator and rarely have run more than 50 watts with my Flex. The radio has factory installed ATU and 2nd receiver. I've used diversity receive and a Wellbrook loop with the Flex 5000A and it works flawlessly. I've been running it with the KE9NS version of PowerSDR since Darrin first released it with no problems. The 1394 firewire cable supplied works perfectly. Power cable has been modified to accept Anderson connectors. In addition I am including the ShuttlePro 2 controller. The ShuttlePro 2 adds button and knob control to the Flex 5000A. Included in the pictures is a picture of how I have programmed the ShuttlePro2 to control the Flex. The ShuttlePro 2 greatly reduces the need for mouse control and is much more convenient than mouse control in most cases. In operation I keep a small picture of the ShuttlePro 2 visible on the desktop for reference. It is quite easy to modify the ShuttlePro 2 configuration with the supplied Control Panel. I will also supply the ShuttlePro 2 software parameters I have set up which you can use the until you become more familiar with it. It has been rock solid since the day I got it.
