Board of Directors
The business affairs of the WNYHHA are managed by Michael L. Torcello, Administrative Director. Overseeing Mike's activities is a 9 member Board of Directors. Board membership is divided into 3 categories:
Every year a Director is elected to each of the 3 categories. Each Director serves a 3 year term. Therefore, a Director from each of the 3 categories is re-elected each year. In addition, a slate of Officers is established from the sitting Directors. The Officers are selected at the first Board meeting immediately following the annual elections in June of each year. These Officers serve a 1 year term.
